Job role: Telephone Interviewer
Working hours: part-time, flexible
Location: working from home
Rate of pay: £8.91 per hour + holiday pay @ 12.07%
- Do you like speaking to people over the phone?
- Are you confident, reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated?
- Are you articulate with an excellent command of English?
- Do you have good internet connection and a laptop at home?
If the answer is yes to all 4 questions, then we have part-time roles available with a lot of flexibility on offer. Shifts are available during the day, evenings or at weekends.
The role is to conduct Market Research interviews over the phone with either businesses or the public. There is absolutely no selling involved.

There will be a short telephone assessment and more information about the role will be provided at this point. Successful applicants will be invited to a training session, which will be either a full day if you haven’t got previous market research experience, or half a day if you do (training is not paid). Training is completed via Microsoft Teams, so there’s no requirement for any travel. If successful, you will be invited onto the panel of interviewers.
