We’ve stayed at a lot of family-friendly hotels over the years, but Calcot remains one of the few we’d happily return to time and again.

The reason? It gets the balance right.

With four hours of complimentary childcare each day, spacious family suites, excellent food, a proper spa and enough space for children to roam while parents actually switch off.

We visited with a five-year-old and a toddler and left understanding exactly why so many families return year after year.
