The Future of Wealth is Being Shaped in Riyadh

I am deeply honoured and humbled to share that I will be joining a distinguished group of speakers at the Women Shaping Wealth Summit (WSW) Riyadh this September.
To be listed alongside visionaries like HRH Ambassador Reema Bandar Al-Saud,
HRH Princess Lamia bint Majed AlSaud, and so many other trailblazers is a privilege I carry with immense gratitude. This isn’t just a summit; it’s a global stage where women, capital, and innovation converge to redefine our economic future.

The Heart of our Playbook Tribe 💜

They say home is a place, but today I realised home is actually a feeling - the feeling of being among women who "just get it."

I had the absolute joy of organising a brunch at Baker Street to welcome our wonderful Alina to London. We shared our visions, our hurdles, and our "next leaps."

To my fellow Playbook members: This is the magic we’re building together. It’s the comfort of knowing that no matter which city you land in, you have a sisterhood waiting to pull up a chair for you.

Alina, we are so glad you’re here. To the ladies who joined - Shirley and Greta - thank you for your warmth and your brilliance.

Showg, we missed you and hope you are feeling better soon. Sending you so much love.

Recently, I found myself in conversation with PLAYBOOK Chapter Leads across the world - joining our quarterly gathering as Co-Chapter Lead for London and Malaysia.

What stayed with me most wasn’t just the strategy or ideas ahead, but the quiet power of alignment - women across geographies, cultures, and lived experiences coming together with a shared intention to build something meaningful. PLAYBOOK continues to remind me that leadership isn’t about visibility alone; it’s about stewardship, trust, and creating space for others to rise.

Serving across both the London and Malaysian chapters is a privilege that stretches my perspective daily. It allows me to witness how leadership, financial literacy, and personal growth take shape differently - yet are united by the same desire for confidence and community. This work reinforces my belief that when women lead with generosity and courage, the ripple effects are truly global.

�As we move into the year ahead, I’m deeply excited for what we will co-create - new conversations, deeper collaborations, and moments that challenge and expand us across borders. PLAYBOOK is more than a network; it’s a living example of what’s possible when collective intelligence meets genuine care.

2025 reminded me that leadership doesn’t begin on a stage, it begins within . . .

This was the year when quiet inner work started to surface in ways that surprised me
not as achievements
but as signs that something deeper was unfolding.

The work went beyond frameworks and strategy
It became about helping leaders transform from the inside out
where science meets soul
and mindset and humanity shape not just what they do but how they show up.

Along the way I was invited into spaces that carried weight and responsibility including two moments at the House of Lords.

→ One to close the year contributing to a UN aligned dialogue on Inner Peace and Global Harmony.
→ Another to open the year ahead exploring the future of Human Centred Leadership.

What stayed with me wasn’t the room
It was the reminder that leadership today is less about authority and more about stewardship.

But what defined this year most wasn’t where the work went
It was who carried it forward together.

I watched ideas come alive through collaboration:

→ Alongside 100 women founders in the UK reimagining growth through shared courage and collective intelligence.
→ Through giant leaps with women leaders across MENA building human centred leadership in regions shaping tomorrow.
→ And with leaders of leaders across APAC and beyond proving that empathy, ambition and excellence are not bound by geography.

This year also took the work into spaces where leadership was felt as much as it was practiced
where vision values and voice came alive
not as rules to follow
but as ways to connect guide and inspire others.

Each collaboration reshaped the work and reshaped me

This year reinforced a simple truth

→ Transformation doesn’t fail because of poor strategy
→ It fails when we forget the human operating system beneath it all

Real impact isn’t about titles or stages
It’s about creating conditions where people remember who they are and who they can become.

I’m deeply grateful to every client, collaborator, mentor and quiet supporter who walked this journey often without needing recognition.

As we step into a new year my hope is simple:

→ That we lead with humanity
→ That we build inner peace before chasing external success
→ And that we design the future of leadership with people not egos at the centre

We were never meant to do this alone.

For a long time, we were taught that there was only room for one of us at the top. We were taught to be guarded, to be "tough," and to build our dreams in silence.

But the secret I’ve learned through PLAYBOOK is that our greatest strength isn't our individual hustle - it’s our collective reach.

I am so deeply humbled to be a Chapter Lead for PLAYBOOK. When I look at the women in this photo, I don’t just see leaders. I see a safety net. I see a masterclass. I see a future where no woman has to second-guess her worth because she has a tribe standing right behind her.

My mission is simple: To make sure you know that your ambition has a home. I am here to listen, to share, and to make sure that when one of us climbs, we all rise.

A young engineer once told me, “I joined this company for technology, but I stay for how it treats people.”

That single sentence reframed what success meant to me. We’re not leading systems; we’re shaping souls within them.

Stewardship is about asking, “Who benefits?” before “What profits?” It’s remembering that every decision ripples into human lives - into trust, wellbeing and dignity. Leadership at its highest form is stewardship of humanity.

Great leadership isn’t about power - it’s about protection.

Profit builds companies. Stewardship builds legacies.
