As we have grown it has become clear that evaluation belongs at the heart of Expectation State. We are delighted to now welcome Augustus Emenogu as a Partner, leading our evaluation portfolio.
Augustus has led Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) functions in over 40 countries across a diverse range of technical areas, including private-sector development, democracy and governance, education, internet freedom, humanitarian assistance, emergency response, post-conflict stabilization, food security and resilience, disability inclusion, reproductive health, protection, and gender-based violence.
From his base in Ghana, Augustus has designed and led monitoring services and conducted evaluation studies globally for a host of donors, including the World Bank, USAID LAB/OI, US State Department, GIZ, German Cooperation, USAID BHA, USDOL, FCDO, EU, European Union Commission (EUC), ECHO, NORAD, SDC, SIDA, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Government of Indonesia, Government of Japan, and Government of Nigeria, Commonwealth Secretariat, UNDP, UN Women, Kimberly Clark Corporation, German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Qatar Foundation, and the International Association for Blindness Prevention (IABP).
