Led by Broadcaster, Presenter and survivor Jackie Adedeji, this free intro session will give you a raw, honest preview of the weekly journey ahead. Think of it as a soft place to land and a loud place to rise.
Jackie Adedeji is an award-nominated broadcaster, writer and podcaster who speaks boldly for women and girls who’ve been told to shrink themselves. Her documentaries for Channel 4’s Untold, including My Big B***s and I Don’t Trust My Therapist – sparked national conversation and critical acclaim. She’s hosted podcasts for A&E Networks, Love Island, and Coppafeel, and her writing appears in Metro, Refinery29, and ES Magazine. Jackie is also a confidence coach for brands like TikTok, LEGO, and the Red Cross.
