Purpose of Role
Key Account Manager will work within an integrated crossfunctional SQUAD team and this role will maximize sales and profitability against defined targets and set objectives. To work within the best interest of our consumers, customers, team mates and the NXT LVL brand.
Your Impact
Collaborate with Sales Director in the definition of the Strategic framework while generates an Operating framework.
Increase meeting frequency with Top Customers - Enables faster communication and alignment. Develop trust relationships with buyers and directors.
Translate key customer needs into integrated strategies and joint business vision.
Leads with an enterprise mindset by partnering across business unit/functions to drive projects and execute decisions.
Identify opportunities and generates the escalation path for approval.
Qualifications
1-5 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Ideally but not excluding with knowledge and experience from the Sporting Goods industry with strong experience and understanding of the Retail and Wholesale environment in markets.
