Professional Development Update

Today I attended a virtual masterclass hosted by Rachel at Virtual Assistants Ltd, exploring how HR administration can form part of a Virtual Assistant service offering.

The session covered recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, boundaries, compliance and the different ways VAs can support businesses with day-to-day HR tasks.

I took away lots of valuable advice, insight and learning from the session, particularly around how HR admin support can help businesses stay organised behind the scenes.
