You don’t need more ideas. You need operational freedom. 🫱🏾

Austin realised this after a 1-1 consultation.

“Before speaking with Chloe, I felt overwhelmed with everything I had going on, multiple projects, investments, and ideas demanding my attention, constantly switching between things and struggling to see the bigger picture. The consultation gave me much more than operational advice. It gave me the space to step back and properly look at everything I was trying to build.

The biggest thing I took away was clarity. What had felt messy and overwhelming suddenly felt far more manageable. The session was worth every penny.”
— Austin Forsythe

This is the pattern we see over and over. Founders aren’t short on ideas or ambition. They’re short on capacity, the space to think, lead and decide with intention. Growth creates complexity, and without systems, that complexity lands on one person: you.

Operational freedom isn’t about doing less because you want less. It’s about building a business that doesn’t need you in every decision, so you can actually lead it. ✊🏾

Getting paid shouldn't come down to luck. 🫱🏾

We talk to founders every week who are owed thousands and still haven't chased it. Not out of confidence; it's usually just that no one ever gave them a proper process for this. The invoice goes out, nothing follows it up, and weeks later it's still sitting there while the client's carrying on like it never existed.

So we mapped out where it actually breaks down. It's rarely one big mistake. It's a handful of small gaps, missing terms, no reminder, no real follow-up, no consequence if it happens again, and each one gives an invoice a little more room to slip through. Swipe through to see where yours might be sitting. ✊🏾

For us, that whole process runs on GHL and Xero working together. Terms are set upfront, reminders go out automatically, and nothing depends on someone remembering to chase. It just happens in the background.

Is this something you've been pushing back on your to-do list?

You're not difficult. You're overdue. 🫱🏾

We've lost count of the founders who've told us the same thing: they let an invoice sit for weeks, sometimes months, because they didn't want to seem difficult.

Coface estimates around £26 billion is owed to UK businesses in late payments at any given time. That's not 26 billion pounds of bad clients; it's 26 billion pounds of founders hoping the awkward conversation won't be needed. 👇🏾

The problem is never the invoice. It's that without a system, chasing payment becomes a personal decision you have to make over and over, under pressure, every single time.

Here's what removes that:

1️⃣ Payment terms in writing before the work starts. Not a formality, a boundary.
2️⃣ An automatic reminder 2-3 days before the due date. Not a chase, just process.
3️⃣ A follow-up sequence already written, ready to go the day it's overdue.
4️⃣ A clear, decided consequence if it happens again, so it's not renegotiated every time.

None of this makes you harder to work with. It just means you're not the one deciding, invoice by invoice, whether today's the day you say something. ✊🏾

Operational freedom means never having to choose between being a good person and running a healthy business.

If you don't have a system for late payments, or are still chasing manually, we should talk.

I've lost count of the number of founders I've spoken to who are paying for 5 or 6 different tools… and still feel like nothing works together.

One system for enquiries.
Another for emails.
Something else for bookings.
A spreadsheet for clients.

Then a notebook and spreadsheet for everything else.

It works… until it doesn't.

The goal isn't more software. It's better systems.

GoHighLevel is the platform we use to help founders bring everything together, creating a smoother client journey, reducing admin and giving them a clearer picture of what's happening in their business.

If you've ever thought, *"There has to be an easier way to run my business,"* you're probably right.

You can try the same platform we use and implement for our clients with a FREE 30-day trial.

I'd love to know... what's the one task in your business you've automated recently?

“I can’t afford systems… I don’t have time”

That’s the most expensive thing you could say to me. 👀

Because here’s what’s actually happening: you’re paying for the lack of them every single month.

The hours lost redoing tasks. The team waiting on you to make every decision. The clients slipping through cracks no one’s watching. The work that routes back to your brain because nothing lives outside your head.

That’s not free. That’s thousands, quietly, on repeat.

So when I say “spend a month or two and invest £2k in systems” and you flinch — I get it. But let’s do the maths:

→ £2k once vs thousands every month, forever.
→ A few weeks of setup vs years of staying stuck.
→ Buying the work back vs building something that runs without you.

You’re not saving money by skipping systems. You’re just paying for the problem instead of the fix.

That’s the difference between running a business and being run by one.

What’s one task you redo every single week that should’ve been systemised months ago?

29/06/2026

Some of us must love wasting money 💰

Paying thousands on a recurring basis for something that should’ve been a one-time fix.

Here’s what I see….

Founders delegating the same task again and again, when what used to take four hours could now take four minutes, or be done once. Systemised. Automated. Gone.

Letting go is good, but working smart is better.

So before you delegate it again, pause and ask: should this be done once, not repeatedly❓

That’s what we do at

We help founders embrace tech, automation and systems, not just hand work off.

👇🏽 Comment “WORK SMART” or drop a DM to talk it through.

That fear is costing you your freedom.

You keep waiting to delegate “once things calm down.” Once there’s time to train someone. Once it feels less risky.

But it’s not fear. 👀

It’s two things:

1️⃣ everything routes back to your brain, because nothing lives outside your head.

2️⃣ you can’t delegate what you can’t document.

So try this:
→ Pick ONE weekly task. Write down exactly how you do it.
→ Hand it over. Don’t take it back.
→ Watch it get done without you.

That’s the founder-to-CEO shift. ✨

Not working harder, building systems that let you step back.

It’s not fear. It’s a lack of systems… that’s exactly what we fix for our clients.

What’s the one task you can’t seem to let go of? 👇

22/06/2026

If you stop, the money stops 😭

You booked the holiday to breathe. Day two, you opened your banking app and realised the second you switched off, so did the income.

That’s not a business. That’s a self-made trap…one that owns your time, your energy, everything.

A business that only earns when you’re “on” isn’t freedom. It’s a job with no off switch.

The fix? Systems working quietly in the background, so the work still happens and the money still moves, whether you’re at your desk or on a beach.

Feeling this right now? That’s your sign. DM us and let’s get the business running without you in every seat. 🤍

The response to our very first Founders Freedom gathering, alongside so many honest conversations I’ve had privately with founders over the last few months, solidified exactly why this space is needed.

So many women and founders are carrying far more than anyone sees; the pressure of leading, the mental load of decision-making, and trying to grow a business while still protecting their wellbeing, identity, and energy in the process.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to create another space for a more honest founder conversation.

Founders Freedom: Build Better is a curated private experience for female founders craving deeper conversations around sustainable success, leadership, burnout, emotional capacity, and building in alignment, without it consuming us.

I’m so excited to be hosting this alongside special guest Andrea Corbett. Andrea has personally been someone who has helped me understand myself, how I best work, and see things differently at key stages of business and life. Her perspective on identity, mental health, and emotional resilience feels incredibly aligned with this conversation.

Expect honest conversations, meaningful connections, and a reminder that success should feel sustainable too. 🤍

If this one aligns but you can’t make this month’s event, stay tuned for our June gathering with special guest host Dr. Tru Powell. (details coming soon).

If this feels aligned, or you’d simply like to know more about Founders Freedom, message me. I’d genuinely love to chat.
