We're on the hunt for a Revenue Operations Manager who can work some serious magic with raw data, turning it into golden nuggets of wisdom that fuel our growth and supercharge our sales stack. This gig is all about making the dream team of sales, marketing, and customer success work together seamlessly, smoothing out processes, buffing up data quality, and, of course, driving the revenue party bus to success!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
Enhance lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and segmentation.
Support the go-to-market organization by furnishing pertinent data and insights.
Data Management & Analytics:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue-generating activities.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance revenue performance.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and optimize end-to-end revenue processes, including lead generation, sales, and customer success, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance the overall revenue cycle.
Strategy & Planning:
Foster collaboration and communication between teams to create a cohesive revenue-generating ecosystem.
Work closely with department heads to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a unified approach to revenue generation.
Stay abreast of market trends and the competitive landscape to shape sales and marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Finance, Analytics or similar preferred.
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a high growth ventured-back SaaS company.
SFDC/Hubspot Admin certification and proficiency in Outreach
Strong analytical skills and data modelling.🚀💰
