It's time to take a brief moment:
to pause,
to celebrate ,
to reflect.
On 10 years of:
not always getting it right,
of having my resilience tested like never before,
of forcing down the doubt.
I recognise:
that there is no blueprint for how an agency such as this works,
that we must keep aiming to be 1% better every day,
that we must continue to focus on quality and not be swayed.
I celebrate:
that the work we have done, would not have existed if we did not,
that we are helping our client's to be better,
that we are helping creative talent to grow.
I am so thankful:
to our wonderful clients,
to everyone who has helped S+P over the years,
to the people who continue to always be there when I need them. x
