6 years of Speak to HR 💛

It’s hard to believe Speak to HR is officially 6 years old.

I started Speak to HR during COVID to support small businesses that didn’t have internal HR — businesses where owners, directors, and new managers were trying to manage people alongside running everything else, during a really uncertain time.

Many employers were navigating furlough, restructures, changing guidance, and difficult conversations without any HR support. Speak to HR was created to provide practical, jargon-free advice to help businesses make confident decisions and support their teams.

Since then, Speak to HR has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. We’ve supported so many businesses with their people challenges, growth plans, and day-to-day HR — and built some amazing long-term relationships along the way.

A huge thank you to all of our past and current clients for trusting Speak to HR to support your people and your business. It genuinely means the world.
