I’m an executive coach with over 20 years’ experience working within professional services, technology, and consulting environments, supporting senior leaders, partners, and executive stakeholders through periods of growth, transition, and complexity.

Today, I work with senior leaders and experienced professionals navigating increased visibility, organisational complexity, leadership transition, and high-stakes decision-making.

My coaching focuses on helping leaders think clearly under pressure, strengthen their positioning and presence, and move forward with greater confidence and precision.

Clients are often highly capable and already performing well, but looking to operate more effectively at the next level, whether that involves stepping into broader leadership responsibility, navigating change, or making important career and leadership decisions.

My approach is commercially grounded, reflective, and focused on creating practical forward movement quickly.

Alongside private coaching engagements, I am open to partnering with organisations and coaching consultancies seeking credible, commercially aware executive coaches.

I am currently completing the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, with ICF accreditation in progress.

As artificial intelligence reshapes how we work, it’s also quietly redefining what leadership looks like.

The best part? It’s creating new paths into leadership, especially for women and professionals making bold career changes.

💬 According to McKinsey, leaders who actively adopt AI tools are 2.5x more likely to outperform peers on productivity and innovation.

💻 In the UK, 61% of executives say AI is already changing the skills they value most in leaders; communication, adaptability, and emotional intelligence top the list.

🌍 Only 26% of AI leadership roles globally are held by women, meaning there’s huge opportunity for those ready to step forward.
