You're Ready for Executive Leadership

Are You Being Recognised That Way?

You're an ambitious female leader who consistently delivers results but feels overlooked for executive opportunities.

The Executive Leadership Readiness Scorecard will show you what's influencing how you're currently being perceived and holding you back.

Yet somehow that move into a senior leadership role didn't happen.

That's why I created the Executive Readiness Scorecard.

This practical self-assessment will help you explore seven key areas that influence how you're currently being recognised as a future executive leader.

Inside you'll discover:

✅ Where your greatest leadership strengths already lie.

✅ Which Executive Readiness Signals may be limiting your progression.

✅ How your visibility, influence and leadership presence are currently being perceived.

✅ The areas that deserve your focus if executive leadership is your next ambition.

Many of the senior women I speak to don't lack capability.

They know they're delivering.

They know they're making an impact.

Yet something still seems to be getting in the way of executive progression.

This scorecard was designed to help bring that into focus.

Because once you understand what's influencing how you're being perceived, you can begin making far more intentional leadership choices.

It only takes 10 minutes to complete the assessment and gain greater clarity on how you're currently being perceived for executive leadership.

Then, if you'd like to explore your results in more depth, you'll have the opportunity to book a complimentary Executive Visibility Strategy Session.

This feedback came from an executive coaching client and captures that beautifully:

"I answered more questions about myself in four sessions than I had in four years - and I’m happier for it.”

While coaching often starts with leadership, career progression, or navigating change, the most valuable conversations tend to create something deeper, greater clarity on what matters, how someone wants to show up, and what needs to shift to move forward.

If this resonates with your own experience, or someone you know, feel free to message me, I’m always happy to have a conversation.

They’re performing well…
but working noticeably harder just to stay on top of everything.

Not because they lack ability.
But because the 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵.

-More complexity.
-More decisions.
-More context-switching.
-More expectations from different directions.
And very little space to think clearly in the middle of it all.

What tends to happen is subtle:

- decisions take longer
- communication feels more effortful
- confidence in judgment can quietly start to erode, even in strong performers

This isn’t a capability issue.
It’s often a 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞.

I’m curious, where do you see this showing up most?

In your own work, or in people around you stepping into bigger roles?

I work with experienced professionals and leaders navigating this shift, where the challenge isn’t competence, but clarity, thinking space, and decision-making under pressure.

If this resonates with you, or you know someone navigating a similar transition or challenge, feel free to comment or message me, I’m always happy to connect.

Stepping into more senior leadership changes more than your title.

The pressure increases.
Visibility increases.
Expectations increase.

And many highly capable professionals suddenly find themselves overthinking decisions, second-guessing communication, or feeling the weight of operating at a different level.

This is where executive coaching can make a significant difference.

I work with senior professionals and emerging executives navigating increased responsibility, leadership transition, organisational complexity, and high-stakes decision-making.

Not through generic advice or performance tactics but through focused coaching conversations that help leaders think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and operate with greater confidence under pressure.

I’m currently opening a small number of executive coaching partnerships.

If you’re stepping into a bigger role or recognise that your current way of operating may not fully sustain the next level feel free to message me to arrange an initial conversation.

I’m an executive coach with over 20 years’ experience working within professional services, technology, and consulting environments, supporting senior leaders, partners, and executive stakeholders through periods of growth, transition, and complexity.

Today, I work with senior leaders and experienced professionals navigating increased visibility, organisational complexity, leadership transition, and high-stakes decision-making.

My coaching focuses on helping leaders think clearly under pressure, strengthen their positioning and presence, and move forward with greater confidence and precision.

Clients are often highly capable and already performing well, but looking to operate more effectively at the next level, whether that involves stepping into broader leadership responsibility, navigating change, or making important career and leadership decisions.

My approach is commercially grounded, reflective, and focused on creating practical forward movement quickly.

Alongside private coaching engagements, I am open to partnering with organisations and coaching consultancies seeking credible, commercially aware executive coaches.

I am currently completing the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, with ICF accreditation in progress.

If you’re exploring executive coaching support, leadership transition work, or potential coaching partnerships, feel free to connect.
