Royal Mail Strikes

The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following dates:

Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022
Thursday 13 October 2022
Thursday 20 October 2022
Tuesday 25 October 2022
Monday 28 November 2022

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO AOP+ USERS?

- Expect late delivery to UK addresses around those dates.
- The backlog will be created on strike days and will delay upcoming deliveries too.
- That will affect the orders going to the UK, Europe, Canada and ROW.
- US orders are fine; we do not use RM for US orders.
- Items posted the day before, during or in the days after any strike action will be subject to delay.

HOW TO GET PREPARED?

- Inform your customers on the main page of your website and blog.
- Post it to your social network channels.
- If you have an email list, send an update about it.
- Inform your customers about it on your products and shipping pages.
- Add this to your order confirmation and shipping emails on your website.
