Welcome to the team, Nikita!
We’re delighted to welcome Nikita Elder to RIG, who joins us as a Weighbridge Operator within our Finance Team.
Nikita will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our weighbridge and finance administration processes, acting as a key point of contact for drivers, customers and suppliers arriving on site. Working closely with both the finance and operational teams, she will help ensure all vehicle movements, documentation and weighbridge transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Her role will involve operating the weighbridge system, processing and recording vehicle weights, handling invoices and site documentation, assisting with data entry and reporting and maintaining accurate records to support financial and operational processes. Nikita will also work alongside the wider team to help ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and in line with company procedures.
Nikita brings a proactive and organised approach to the role, along with strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused mindset that will be instrumental in supporting the team.
We’re confident that Nikita’s attention to detail and willingness to get stuck in will make her a valuable addition to RIG. As she settles into the role, customers, suppliers and drivers may begin to work with her directly to help ensure all weighbridge and administration processes are handled seamlessly.
