Shakirat Ayobami Kareem, Managing Director and CEO of Whiterose Group, has addressed the press over a criminal complaint filed against her in 2025 without her knowledge at the FCT Chief Magistrate Court, Abuja.

She stated that the complaint was filed by Adebinpe Abidemi Ogunjimi, who allegedly used a false identity, Adebinpe Musadoluwa Audullai, before the court. In the complaint, she was joined as the second defendant alongside Elizabeth Aishat Anjorin (Lizzy Anjorin), despite having no relationship or prior contact with her.

She revealed that no court process was served on her, and an order was obtained to serve her at a place she has never been, even though the complainant’s spouse knew her office location in Lekki, Lagos.

According to her, the court awarded a monetary sum against the complainant, and she expressed gratitude to the judiciary, stating that justice, truth, and due process prevailed.
