The sales process is, simply put, a sequence of certain repetitive actions that are performed by each sales team. It covers a whole range of activities - from the moment of obtaining a lead for a potential customer, to the very finalization of the sale. Depending on the specifics of the company's activity and its industry, the sales process may be supported by employees from other departments of the company, whose task is to supplement the knowledge of salespeople during contact with the client (e.g. graphic designers, technicians or designers).
