Hello my beautiful souls. Starting the weekend with a self care message for you. I felt called to do a post about self care because we do not realise how much we actually lack in this… the message is clear, a healthy balance is needed right now for you. Whilst life can be quite overwhelming at times, working constantly, not having enough time in the day. It is VERY important to each of us that we make time for our OWN needs. It could something as simple going for a walk in nature to taking a bath. Or maybe needing to unplug yourself from social media once in a while? Whatever it is that you may be doing today, take a moment, even if it’s just for 5 minutes and do something that will take care of YOUR mind, body and soul.
I am also seeing 11:11 quite strongly here together with connecting with your ancestors oracle which is a clear sign that you are being watched and protected from the spirit world and there is always a soul connection from the 5d right beside you along your life’s journey.
