Every breakthrough starts with a decision.
Not a feeling. Not a sign. Not the perfect moment finally arriving.
A decision.
Most of the women and male allies I work with aren’t struggling because they lack ability. They’re stuck because they’ve been waiting — for confidence to show up first, for the doubt to disappear, for it to finally feel right.
It won’t.
Doubt doesn’t leave before you move. It leaves because you move.
The breakthrough rarely looks dramatic from the outside. It usually starts quietly — a moment where you choose to show up anyway. Where you stop negotiating with the version of yourself that wants to stay comfortable.
I’ve seen this shift happen again and again — in the woman building a meaningful business and life that matters, changing the world through who she is and who she serves, and the man standing alongside her, doing the same.
Nothing changes on the outside immediately. But something shifts in how they respond — to fear, to uncertainty, to that idea they’ve been sitting on for months.
That shift? That’s the real work. And it begins the second you stop waiting and decide.
If you’ve been circling the same decision, telling yourself you’re not ready — you’re ready enough.
Move.
This is what it means to Redefine What’s Possible.
