What a whirlwind journey it has been

It is not an understatement — this business has created such a positive impact in my physical and mental wellbeing

Scrolling through my camera roll@was a walk down the memory lane

I am truly blessed, happier, healthier and have the time freedom that I craved for before

Old me would have have been overthinking what would everyone think 🤔

The new me stopped worrying about the opinion of every person on this planet and doesn’t care about being cringe 😬

Not because I am not camera shy anymore

But I have come to learn that social media can be used in different ways - to learn, to experience things from different perspectives, to help people and to share things with people who might need it

I never imagined life would change this much

No way I would have believed it if you told me 3 years ago

🌟 5 business contracts in the first week of August and still counting

🌟 An honour and privilege to host our weekly team meeting for nearly 100 people

🌟 Conducting a workshop on “crafting your story” for my team
