Oh.. the budget is tight, can we ask the doctors to be a good sport and work with whatever we give them 🤨

Oh… and we are going to add a few more responsibilities and unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles 🤷🏻‍♀️

I will stay in medicine, even though they make it harder every year
