What a fantastic day out! 🌞🏖️

Recently, some of our wonderful service users enjoyed a trip to Portsmouth Beach, where they spent time soaking up the sunshine, enjoying the sea air, and taking in the beautiful coastal views.

Days like these are a great opportunity to make memories, promote wellbeing, and enjoy quality time together outside of our usual routines. It was lovely to see so many smiles and everyone having such a great time.

☀️Stay Safe in the Sun This Summer!

As the weather warms up, it's important to enjoy the sunshine safely.
Too much exposure to UV rays can increase the risk of skin damage, dehydration, and heat-related illnesses.

🌞 Remember to:
✅ Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and reapply regularly
✅ Wear a hat and UV-protective sunglasses
✅ Seek shade during peak sun hours (11am–3pm)
✅ Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water
✅ Check your skin regularly for any unusual changes
