We've just completed Wills for two clients, giving them peace of mind for the future. If you haven't written your Will, or haven't updated it for some time, you should consider doing so. If you are intestate (that is, you don't have a Will), or you have an outdated Will, then your estate may not be distributed as you wish. Our advice is that you are never too young to make a Will, in case the worst happens.
