Some snaps of our recently completed project at 65 Southwark St near London Bridge.
A great effort from the Regent team on what was a tight programme.
With the building still being open throughout the project all works in the landlords and communal areas had to be carried out during evenings & weekends.

LEVEL 3 HERBAL HOUSE, FARRINGDON, LONDON EC1R

A commercial cat B office fit out in the heart of London’s old industrial district. Another extremely challenging project due to difficult site logistics, drilling restrictions within the building and all high level services being fixed via a steel unistrut system.
The works consisted of on show high level steel Trunking and tray containment for all LV & ELV services.
Thiesscraft lighting control panels and modular wiring for high and low level lighting throughout the floor.
Underfloor Elektrak with Small power supplies and accessories for desk power, meeting rooms, toilets, tea points & Audio visual services.
Mechanical power supplies for Air conditioning and public health services.
New sub mains supplies for two new LV Distribution boards, two MER room PDU’s with UPS and five AC condenser units located within the Mechanical plant deck on the roof.
Steel conduit containment for all Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data & WiFi services
Testing & Commissioning of all Electrical services installed.

THE ARTS BUILDING, FINSBURY PARK, LONDON N4
A commercial CAT A fit out of the first floor and Reception area of the Arts Building in Finsbury Park. The design and heavy industrial look required another great effort from the Regent team with all M&E services on show with Regent all so installing cable Tray containment for the Air conditioning services.
The install works included steel cable tray & conduit containment systems housing all lighting, Mechanical, small power & FA services.
A new LV Lighting Distribution Board & sub mains was installed to power the new lighting system of suspended three phase lighting tracks and blue tooth operated PIR detection switching.
The newly installed Mechanical services required power supplies for nine new Fan coil units and a BS box. A new three phase Heat recovery unit & two new roof condensers units supplying the Air conditioning.
General power socket outlets and accessories plus new floor grommets installed along with steel conduit containment for the Data & FA services.
To finish it all off was the very challenging install of the multi coloured Tryka LED feature light in the ground floor reception area.

Another prestigious job for Regent Contracting Ltd and a great effort from all the team under challenging circumstances. The Electrical works involved a new LV Distribution Board with final circuits, sub mains cabling, Bypass switch & UPS for the new Comms room services.
New LED Lighting & Lighting controls system throughout. Small power supplies for break out bar, kitchen & office areas. Underfloor Elektrak power distribution, cabling & terminations for open plan office area.
New Mechanical power supplies for three new AC condensers and office Fan coil units. Audio visual power supplies & containment for open plan office area and meeting room TVs. High level Cable tray containment for LV, FA, Gas surpression & Security services cabling. All new LV services tested & commissioned.

NUFFIELD HEALTH GYM, MORGAN STANLEY HQ, CANARY WHARF

Another great effort from all the team at Regent Contracting Ltd delivering what was a very difficult project due to a extremely tight programme of only 8 weeks. The effort made by the team resulted in Regent winning Contractor of the month twice on MALA Electrical’s behalf.
The project involved a total refurb of the existing Nuffield Health gym located within the lower basement levels of the Morgan Stanley London HQ.
The works undertaken included:
• New high spec Glammox Lighting in the main gym area, changing rooms, fitness studios & Health centre.
• Small power supplies & accessories for new gym equipment.
• Power supplies for all new Mechanical services.
• Sub-mains power supplies & terminations for new Saunas & AC Condensers.
• New Containment for all Fire Alarm & Security Services
• Testing & Commissioning

SPORTS DIRECT HQ, ACADEMY HOUSE, OXFORD CIRCUS W1D 1ND

Another successfully delivered Electrical installation from Regent Contracting Ltd. This time it is the hIgh spec CAT A to CAT B conversion of Sports Directs new office HQ in Oxford Circus.
The conversion at Academy House was across four floors and a ground floor reception area covering 25,000 sqft of Office space.
The works carried out included new:
• Underfloor power & Small Power supplies.
• Alterations & Additional Mechanical Plant supplies.
• New Sub-mains cabling & cable terminations.
• Complete Install of one MER & three SER rooms with UPS back up.
• Alterations to existing Electrical risers.
• Electrical Tray Containment for new Data & AV cabling.
• FA & Security Containment with Power supplies.
• High spec LUTRON Lighting Control systems.
• High spec XAL lighting track install. First time it has been installed in the UK.

High spec CAT B office and studio fit out for the Oscar winning visual effects company Framestore at their new London HQ.
The works carried out consisted of new underfloor Elektrak, cabling and Desk modules. Altering and adding to the existing Mechanical Plant & Simmtronic Lighting Control services. New power circuits & accessories for meeting rooms ,offices, Kitchenette and Visual effects studios. Audio Visual power supplies as well as containment in the form of Trunking and Cable basket. Security and CCTV power supplies & Containment. New Pendant and feature lighting for 4th floor reception area. Zumtobel Lighting Control modules & Lighting for the visual effects studios. Brand new LV Distribution Boards & Sub-Mains cabling.
