This week’s temporary venue was El Alquimista in Greenwich, where Margaret from our charity Holding On Letting Go had her feature presentation.

During the session, one of the activities shared was an example of the charity’s work with children and the use of colouring pens on a blank mask, helping them express how they are feeling. It highlighted the creative and supportive ways the bereavement team helps children who have recently experienced a loss in the family to explore and communicate their emotions.

This week at BNI Paragon, we handed the spotlight over to Simon from Transpeed for an insightful 10-minute presentation covering all things IT! 💻📱

One of the biggest talking points was the debate around BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policies in the workplace.

Simon explored the pros and cons of employees using personal phones for work, alongside how businesses are using Transpeed’s MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions to securely separate work and personal data through dedicated work apps.

It certainly sparked some interesting conversations around security, privacy, flexibility, and convenience.
