๐2. Build digital and AI literacy across every level. People donโt need to code but they need to understand how to collaborate with AI.
๐3. Make experimentation part of your culture. Let teams play with AI tools, learn fast, and adapt. Companies that experiment will move faster than those that overthink.

๐ I think Gen Z is both different and a product of the world weโve built. They grew up online, surrounded by instant feedback and constant change, so they naturally expect the same at work. They want transparency, flexibility, and meaning. Theyโre not difficult - theyโre just optimized for a digital, fast-paced world. And they expect work to be part of life, not separate from it. For example, millennials value flexibility and collaborative problem-solving - seeking growth, transparency, and purpose. But Gen Z values diversity, individuality, and entrepreneurialism - looking for stimulation and development. Gen Alpha will take this even further - theyโre AI-native. Theyโll expect full personalization and autonomy from day one.
