Ending the year with a πŸ’₯

Last week, the LSESU Mauritian Society collaborated with UCL, KCL and Imperial Mauritian societies to host an EOY party that brought together 30+ students from all across London (and beyond!)

An evening that was filled with great company, authentic food and music. πŸ₯³ It was the perfect way to reflect on an amazing year, celebrate the festive season and connect with students from different universities that share the same home, in a warm and vibrant atmosphere. πŸ‘πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ί

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made 2025 such a memorable year. We can’t wait to carry this energy into 2026 with more collaborations, events and unforgettable moments!β€οΈπŸ’™πŸ’›πŸ’š

Thank you to everyone who joined our Mauritian Games night! It was truly special to see over 40 attendees, including LSE students and the wider Mauritian community in London come together for an evening of friendly competition and laughter πŸ’›

We are thinking of re-establishing the Mauritian society at LSE and would need 17 members to be eligible. Please like this post if you are currently enrolled at LSE and would be interested in joining the society.

We hope that the society will bring together all Mauritians on campus for occasional gatherings where we can enjoy our culture together and provide support for homesickness as well as career opportunities in Mauritius.
