If you’ve been wanting to start but don’t know where to begin, try this gentle routine:⁠

🌿 Step 1: Choose your space⁠
Find a quiet corner, light a candle, or make your favourite drink.⁠
You want your space to feel calm, not rushed.⁠

🕯️ Step 2: Choose your time⁠
You can journal in the morning to set intentions, or at night to reflect.⁠
Even 5 minutes can shift your whole mindset.⁠

📖 Step 3: Start small⁠
