Skilled Worker Visa isn’t the be all, end all.

This list will be a starting point for you to start looking at the Scale Up Visa Route.

A few important things to keep in mind:

• Just because a company is on the sponsor list does NOT mean they are actively hiring right now
• Not every company sponsors every role
• Some companies may only sponsor senior or niche positions
• Sponsorship rules and company status can change over time

So please don’t just mass apply blindly.

Use this list smartly:
→ shortlist relevant companies
→ tailor your CV properly
→ network where possible
→ research the company before applying

Also, the Scale-up visa is very different from the Skilled Worker visa, so make sure you properly understand the route before making decisions around it. Because this in no way is immigration advice, it is a starter to point you in the right direction. Always consult an immigration attorney before making any decision.

The original data comes from the official GOV.UK sponsor register. This file is just organised to save you time.

But here’s the thing…

This library is designed to speed up your interview research process, not replace the entire preparation process.

Think of AI based research as:
• a starting point
• a research assistant
• a rough first sketch

NOT the final answer.

Always:
• verify information yourself
• do your own thinking
• add your own experiences and personality
• and build genuine understanding of the company and role

The goal is not to replace genuine work but to speed things up wherever you can.

It is to become more informed, more prepared, and more confident in less time.

Used correctly, this library can massively improve preparation.

As always, cheering for your BIG WINS

This is NOT about “cheating” NHS applications.

No, this is NOT about using AI to fabricate experience.

And no, this is NOT about bypassing merit.

The NHS deals with real people, real patients, and real responsibility.

Applications should absolutely be fair, ethical, and evidence-based.

What this reel is actually about is helping candidates communicate themselves better.

Because the reality is:
A lot of genuinely qualified people struggle with NHS applications not because they are incapable…
but because they:
• don’t understand NHS application structure
• don’t know the NHS Constitution Values
• struggle to write formally
• repeat generic information
• fail to translate their experience into competency-based language

AI should NOT replace your thinking.

It should help organise your thinking.

The checklist and AI workflow are simply tools to:
✅ structure your experiences properly
✅ identify missing areas
✅ improve formatting and clarity
✅ tailor your statement to NHS expectations
✅ reduce the overwhelming stress of starting from a blank page

You should still:
• manually edit everything
• verify every claim
• personalise your examples
• ensure all experiences are truthful
• reflect your genuine competencies and behaviours

Think of it like Grammarly, spellcheck, or CV templates.

And honestly, many candidates already use:
• CV templates
• sample personal statements
• career coaches
• university advisors
• mock interview prep
• editing tools

AI is simply another support tool when used responsibly.

Use it responsibly and get your dream NHS Interview.

Only two things will happen by the end of this challenge:

1. You will become better
OR
2. You will get a mock interview -> You will become better

There’s no downside apart from giving up on everything that will distract you.

And I’m not joking when I say, the entire world will come and stop you from doing this and putting in the work.

And that time you got to press on. I know you will.

Write “CHALLENGE ACCEPTED” and let’s talk after 11 days.

I want you to win.

There is no shame when it comes to LinkedIn 👀

Because recruiters are not rewarding the most humble people anymore.

They reward people who are:
-visible
-memorable
-and positioned well.

Meanwhile most LinkedIn profiles are painfully safe. Same “thrilled to announce”. Same corporate language. Same boring profiles.

The people getting interviews are usually the ones shamelessly selling themselves online.

Here are my top 3 unhinged LinkedIn tactics to attract recruiters:

1. Turn tiny wins into visible proof 📈

Most people wait for a “big achievement” before posting.

Bad idea.

LinkedIn rewards visibility and consistency, not perfection.

Post:
• projects
• lessons
• internship experiences
• university work
• challenges you solved
• industry insights

A recruiter seeing 10 proof-of-work posts will trust you more than someone with a silent profile.

If you need ideas on what to post, write “LINKEDIN” and I’ll send you 90 beginner-friendly post ideas 👀

2. Add a SOLID featured section 🔥

This is probably the most underrated LinkedIn feature.

Your featured section should act like your portfolio billboard.

Add:
• top posts
• achievements
• portfolio links
• certifications
• projects
• articles
• presentations
• testimonials

And if you have “nothing” to feature?

Create a post using my 90 ideas and feature that instead.

3. Make your profile look “too accomplished” for your age 🚀

Most people accidentally make themselves look junior. Looking at all of you who have your graduation pictures as your LinkedIn profile picture 👀

The smart ones stack credibility signals everywhere.

Add:
• certifications
• speaking events
• projects
• recommendations
• awards
• leadership roles
• portfolio links
• media features
• workshops
• publications

The goal is simple:

When someone opens your profile they should think:

“How has this person done so much already?”

Even if it came from:
• a university project
• a side hustle
• a webinar
• volunteering
• a student society

Most recruiters skim profiles in seconds.

A profile packed with proof instantly feels stronger.

IMPORTANT: This strategy is not about faking recommendations; It’s about reducing friction.

A lot of managers genuinely want to help, but they’re busy, overwhelmed, and don’t know what to write.

So instead of sending:
“Can you write me a LinkedIn recommendation?”

You send:
“I drafted something based on the projects we worked on together. Please feel free to edit, reject, or completely rewrite anything that doesn’t feel accurate.”

That changes everything.

Important part:
The recommendation should only include things that are true, measurable, and approved by the person posting it.

You are not writing fake praise.
You are helping them structure real feedback faster.

This is actually very common in professional environments:
• recommendation letters
• performance reviews
• testimonials
• case studies
• even investor references sometimes start from a draft

The ethics become a problem only when:
❌ you exaggerate
❌ invent achievements
❌ pressure someone to post it
❌ or post something they didn’t approve

If they review it, agree with it, and publish it themselves, it is their recommendation.

And honestly, in a world where attention spans are collapsing, reducing friction is one of the most underrated career skills.
