We don’t arrive with rigid routines or prescriptive care plans. Instead, we work closely with the individual and their family to create support that fits around their life.

Our founder Jackie Jones began her career many years ago as what was then known as a “home help,” supporting older people in their homes with everyday tasks and companionship.

She later became a Care Manager for Richmond Council, but Jackie always believed care could be delivered in a more personal and compassionate way.

So she decided to strike out on her own.

Her mission was simple:
To build a care company that treated every client with respect, warmth and genuine understanding.

That mission became Clarendon Home Care.
