In other words, you cannot expect a different result e.g a job interview/job offer if you’re sending out the same CV that’s probably not been updated in over a year. Meaning it’s likely to be missing information like extra tasks you do in your current role.

Two weeks ago myself and delivered part 1 of the careers advice masterclass hosted by

We focused on ‘How to Shine’ looking at CVs. It was a lovely group, all were at different points in their careers and although this clip shows me talking it was also filled with practical tasks.

The feedback was amazing💛. Overall it was summarised by the candidates as ‘very informative’.
