We’re proud to share that JKS Restaurants has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 — for the second year in a row.

What started 16 years ago with the opening of Trishna by , and has grown into a group of 30 restaurants internationally, with 7 Michelin Stars, 4 Bib Gourmands under our belt.

This recognition celebrates the people-first culture we’ve worked hard to build; one that’s grounded in care, respect and opportunity. From access to WSET qualifications, wellness activities, and in-house training programmes, to our JKS Presents series, mental health support and supplier trips, we’re committed to supporting our teams at every stage of their personal and professional journeys.

With over 70,000 organisations assessed, making the Top 100 is no small feat, with our congratulations also going to and for their inclusion. We couldn’t be prouder.

This IWD, we’re celebrating The Women Who Make JKS Restaurants.

Travelling through the city, we spent time with our team between services, in their places of work. We’re proud of the diversity of voices and experiences within our restaurants.
