London School of Mediation (LSM) was set up 15 years ago to provide world class mediation training. Judith Kelbie one of the founding members, has built the faculty up to include a team of experienced mediators from varied backgrounds including law, accountancy, HR and education.
LSM now offers monthly open courses to those individuals who want to learn invaluable conflict resolution skills so they can either practise as an accredited civil & commercial mediator, or use the skills within their workplace. The courses are 5 days but can be undertaken in a series of modules. There are also specific courses for students in the summer and a weekend course.
In addition to the open courses, LSM regularly provides in-house training for organisations both in the UK and internationally. If you have a number of employees that you feel would benefit from the course, we can tailor the course to your specific organisational needs.
Once qualified as a mediator, LSM also provides a series of 1 day courses including workplace mediation, advanced skills, demonstrations and CPD days. Thus ensuring that all training needs can be met.
