Do you have trouble creating visuals for your grid or socials? I cannot recommend Canva enough. It is fab! Need a logo? Knock one up. Need a poster? No problem. Have a presentation to create? Canva. Branded Christmas cards? Canva. Canva! Canva! Canva!
Making graphics is one of my favourite things to do for clients. It is so fun! Holla if you need a hand.

👩‍🦰‘Where is the red from?’ 👩‍🦰

Being a blonde (ok, blonde who was born a brunette) I get asked this a lot when I am out with my daughter who has Ninja hair (as she and her siblings call it). It always throws me, as if they are trying to trip me up into admitting she is the milkman’s or checking that I even knew that she had red hair. It is quite a weird question as no one has ever asked where my sons freckles come from. Red hair is a literal beacon for questions. I don’t mind the questions, but I do wonder if my daughter absorbs any of the curiosity. Thankfully she is an absolute nutter who is confident and fierce, so I think she is good with all the reckoning.

Just like the milkman 😂.

If you had a choice between more money of more time which would you chose?

It is a bit of a chicken and egg question because if you had more money you could seek help to give you more time which would lead to more productivity and then more money.....

If you feel there are things that you can delegate that are taking over all your time and holding you back, get in touch. I may just be exactly what you are looking for.

We were supposed to be hitting the giddy heights of Margate with my extended family this weekend. Who remembers Benbom Brothers and chatting up the local boys who controlled the rides when they were younger? Our local pub in South London used to put on a beano to Margate and we all loved it as kids. You would leave the elders and babies on the beach and head off for a real adventure with cousins and friends with £5 in your pocket of your tammy girl shorts if you were really lucky.
Needless to say, those plans have been cancelled as there are waaay too many of us to be able to social distance. Instead you can find me in the garden with a drink in hand watching my kids climb trees and try to murder each other. Not too different from Margate after all.

What have you had to reschedule or adapt this weekend?

I feel like I am climbing out from under the Covid rock. 2 of my 3 ankle bitters are back to school for a while so it feels like I am able to reclaim more time for Insta. Like so many of you who have been home schooling (maybe in multiples) / surviving for the last 3 months, Insta has not been my top priority. So, I am here to introduce myself again.
I am Nikki. Mum of 3 children, wife of 1 husband, sister of 2 brothers, lover of chicken wings, drinker of most things (except Gin unless I really have to), and hater of cleaning (even when I really have to).
I set up Padstone PA last year as PA-ing is my passion, but I needed to strike the flexi balance between childcare and work. TA DA! Padstone PA was born.
I have weirdly enjoyed being under the Covid rock in some respects, but I am glad to be emerging now. I hope to keep up the quieter weekends in the future as we were always so busy before.

Is there anything you feel that you will leave under that rock once you emerge?
