It's World Mental Health Day!

We tend to recognise the fear and anxiety of those living through the wars in Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as the stress and anxiety of their friends and families in the wider diaspora. We understand their mental wellbeing is a daily challenge.

But sometimes we forget the aid workers, the charities, the jouranlists, photographers and all those who are working to provide relief, support, news and an end to conflict.

More than ever we should be aware of the mental health of others. How can we play our part in improving the mental health of others?
