I’ve done many things since I was bullied at work to improve myself, my mental health and finding ways to get better at dealing with difficult people and situations.

Last year I did the Positive Intelligence 6 week course and 3 weeks in I was sat there saying out loud to myself ‘this is profound’.

It’s a very simple practice of up to 15 mins a day and it’s THE thing that’s helped me more than anything or any counsellor/therapist. Think of it like going to the gym, you need to do Reps regularly to keep fit - well these are PQ Reps and they keep you mentally fit.

I now offer the program to my clients and believe it can help where many other things don’t. Check it out at positiveintelligence.com - you can take the saboteur quiz to find out your biggest weakness to work on.

There’s a live session on health and well-being on Thursday 13th January with Shirzad Chamine the creator of it (6pm gmt). Drop me a message if you’d like to get a free invite.

If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions.
You’ll be happier and perform better.
