My name is Mary Browne, and I live in Walthamstow with my husband and opera-singing daughter. I was brought up in Liverpool but have lived in London for the last 30 years. I also work on my garden and allotment and enjoy cooking and eating out with family and friends. After a successful career in Adult Education, most recently 26 years as an English Lecturer and Curriculum Manager at a further edu
cation college, I set up Clarity VA. This initiative enables me to use my skills in administration, project management, and client liaison to help small businesses while allowing me control over my work and the opportunity to build a more flexible lifestyle. Clarity VA offers you, the small business owner, operational support and practical help so you can focus on the critical things: your clients, increasing your productivity, developing new leads or products, boosting your online presence, and, maybe, even giving you back some time to spend with your loved ones. Clarity VA also creates opportunities for adults (19+) to engage in workshops that help them re-discover their creative, fun-loving selves and experience sharing space with other storytellers. Participants will improve their communication skills, spontaneity, ability to listen, and ability to work openly with the truth and in the moment. Workshops may be a few hours, all day, or several sessions. They are aimed at working actors wanting to improve skills, and people who want to gain confidence and have fun.
