Pressure to release Green Belt spaces is at an all-time high. In our new article, we explore opportunities for alternative Green Belt designs, should the land be released for development.

22 Grosvenor Gardens was a refurbishment of a listed building by The architects and the interior designer had designed a sympathetic contemporary feel to provide unique office space in the heart of London

As a listed building, the ceiling and key features were retained so we worked with a from to provide the DTA for the existing structure. Then we modeled every item of funiture and accessory to dress the room. The was used for an early pre marketing campaign to get an instant reaction and set the Later, photos were commisioned of the final space 🏢🏙🙏🏼👍🏼
