Vienas aiškiausių ženklų, kad mokymai veikia – kai jie „užkabina“ skirtingus žmones: ir tuos, kurie jau turi patirties, ir tuos, kuriems tema dar nauja.

Dirbdamos su NOEWE komanda, daug dėmesio skyrėme tam, kad asmeninis prekės ženklas nebūtų suvokiamas vien kaip teorinė rinkodarinė sąvoka. Mokymus vedėme taip, kad kiekvienas dalyvis galėtų labai praktiškai įsivertinti savo individualią situaciją – ar tai būtų skaitmeninis įvaizdis, ar komunikacinių veiksmų efektyvumas ir taip toliau.

If there was just 1️⃣ personal branding tip I was asked to give, it would be this:

Make it fun 🪩

I tell this to company executives. I tell this to my first-year undergraduate students.

Yes, the ways you choose to build your personal brand should align with your goals and your audience. But making it fun is what will motivate you and help you stay consistent.

Whether it’s choosing a platform you enjoy, a content format that doesn’t put too much pressure on you, or finding fun nonverbal signature-style details to signal your personal brand in offline channels – make it yours.

And if someone tells you there are rules for building your personal brand, don’t believe them.

Those are not rules. They are recommendations.

The best personal branding strategy is the one you actually enjoy enough to keep doing 💜

After years of helping professionals shape their personal brands and advocate for their organizations, I can confidently say this skill is a must.

Remember when at school we practised creative writing exercises, often thinking “I’ll never need this, I see myself in finance”? Though that wasn’t the case for me. Fast-forward to today, we clearly understand the importance of strong writing skills.

In personal branding, writing is the engine that powers thought leadership. No matter the industry or seniority level.

Profound creative writing skills = stronger personal brand = visible thought leadership = tangible business outcomes

The 2024 Edelman–LinkedIn B2B Thought Leadership Impact Report reveald that:

🔮 73% of decision-makers say an organization’s thought leadership is a more trustworthy basis for assessing its capabilities than traditional marketing materials (trust element).
🔮 7 in 10 decision-makers say they think more positively about organizations that consistently produce high-quality thought leadership content (image element).
🔮 60% of decision-makers say that good thought leadership makes them willing to pay a premium to work with that organization (sales element).

That alone speaks volumes.

Neseniai įvyko jau penktasis susitikimas, kurio metu turėjome ir kviestinę viešnią – Monika Dirginčę iš Hostinger.

Tokie susitikimai programai suteikia dar daugiau gyvumo: jie ne tik įkvepia, bet ir leidžia pažvelgti plačiau į tai, kaip darbuotojų ambasadorystė vystoma skirtingose organizacijose, kokie iššūkiai kyla ir kas iš tiesų veikia praktikoje.

Gera matyti, kai darbuotojų ambasadorystė organizacijose stiprinama ne teoriškai, o per nuoseklų mokymąsi, atvirą dalijimąsi patirtimi ir ilgalaikį darbuotojų augimą.
