Too many businesses get to a point when their growth starts to slow. Often, this seems inexplicable, until they realise that they, as founders, have had less time to do what they do best. People problems, unlike fixing a bug on a website, can take a long time to fix and a lot of investment (often emotional) so “if it ain’t broke, why fix it” doesn’t apply here - this is often in juxtaposition to founder mentality where ‘finding solutions to existing problems’ (normally) rules.

Unleashed is a different kind of consultancy. Early stage startups don’t need traditional consultants. Traditional consultancy comes without the actual doing of the work (that is, delivery of actions) and without ex*****on. Paying a traditional consultant would potentially be an intense waste of time and money - of which startups have neither to throw away. Unleashed won’t provide founders with more work to do (at exorbitant costs).
Therefore, we not only consult but also execute on plans, provide training (particularly for fledgling leaders and managers) and most importantly, deliver ... saving startups time in those early and crucial days and significant amounts of money as they grow.
