Yesterday, we had the privilege of spending a full day with managers and general managers at Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited — one of Bangladesh's leading pharmaceutical companies.
The day was built around three questions most organisations rarely slow down to ask:
🔹 What are you actually feeling — and what is it telling you?
🔹 What is the real conflict beneath the conflict?
🔹 How do you say the difficult thing in a way the other person can actually hear?
We worked through Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution and Nonviolent Communication — not as theory, but as live practice. Managers at different levels of the organisation sat together and mapped real organisational challenges. They practised giving difficult feedback using the Observation-Feeling-Need-Request framework. They role-played conversations they had been avoiding. And they left with a written 30-day commitment and an accountability partner.
The day closed with a certificate ceremony. A small gesture. But in a room that had just spent eight hours doing genuinely hard work together, it meant something.
If your organisation is navigating the kind of complexity that comes with growth — cross-functional tension, generational difference, a culture that is strong on ex*****on but still developing its communication — we would love to have a conversation.
This is what we do at Game Changer Training and Consulting Ltd. We design and deliver programmes that connect people to themselves, to each other, and to the work that actually matters.
