We're selecting 4 interns for our International Accounting & Finance programme.

If you're a CA student, article clerk, commerce graduate or finance fresher who wants international exposure, this one is worth a look.

How it works:
→ 6 months, fully remote, minimum 20 hours a week
→ Months 1–3: unpaid structured training on QuickBooks Online, Xero, Hubdoc and Dext, covering reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll and sales-tax fundamentals and month-end close
→ Months 4–6: paid internship on live international client accounts

What you leave with: practical exposure to US, UK and Canadian bookkeeping workflows, a work portfolio, and readiness for QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Xero Advisor certification.

Selection is competitive, with only 4 places in this cohort.

Most "offshore hiring didn't work for us" stories start with the wrong model, not the wrong country.

There are three common routes:

1. Freelance platforms
Fast to start. But you own the vetting, onboarding and management. When someone leaves, you start again.

2. VA marketplaces
Useful for simple, repeatable admin. Less suited to roles that need context about your clients, tools and standards.

3. Managed offshore staffing
A dedicated professional works inside your tools and reporting lines, while a partner handles recruitment, onboarding and ongoing performance support.

None of these is right for everyone. The better question is: who is accountable when the work slips?
