I have a feeling this would create some interesting arbitrage opportunities. It seems the next big question is figuring out how to off-load responsibility onto what is referred to as a an "electronic personality", and as such, be more, or less exempt of "non-electronic" legal risks, if you like.
It will certainly be interesting to follow the discussion, especially as corporations are transitioning towards becoming increasingly automation focused.
How would you define justice in the scope of electronic personalities? By relying upon distributed systems paradigms, I wouldn't be surprised if we can create a virtual justice system that is capable of minimising moral hazard and informational asymmetry which dominates reconciliation procedure costs in the current legal system.
