Ingredients
3/4 cup crushed ice
1 1/2 ounces aged Jamaican rum, such as Appleton Estate V/X or Extra
1 1/2 ounces gold Puerto Rican rum
1 ounce 151-proof Lemon Hart Demerara rum
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

As the host of TIKI LOVE 🌺 Id like to thank my beautiful guests that made the party everything we aspire to in the world of Tiki at Sugar Cane Bar. Our amazing mug makers Andrew and Tomas AKA Sailor Lars and Kookie Tiki , dancers from the Satin Dolls troupe , the Rum Boss , Lawrence , Chris and his team from Adventure bar Battersea and Alfonzo from Be At One Battersea - and of course the godfather of Tiki, Trader Vic’s for sharing the amazing day with us and presenting the MAI TAI 1944!
To Domenico who presented an eye opening master class on TEPACHE fermented Tiki cocktails!
We were very lucky to have an amazing party crowd that supported our event : Charlie and John , part of Barrio Bars and Night Jar.
Thank you Charlie for kindly judging our friendly cocktail competition with the Appleton ambassador Lawrence!
Lastly to my team at Sugar Cane who made it happen , Greg for your outstanding effort and support, Ian, Lucy , our amazing head chef Katerina and most importantly , our star of the night ... Mr Vlad who was announced the winner of the cocktail competition !
