Create a COVID safe workplace with a touchless meeting room booking system. Ping is one of the only systems on the market that allows touchless walk-up bookings.

For managing meeting rooms you should try to avoid room display solutions where possible. Ping comes with smart devices, which are simply mounted next to meeting rooms. To access the booking screen, you either scan the QR Code on the front or the NFC chip that sits within.

Make check-ins mandatory for all bookings with Ping, or certain rooms only. Allow team members to check in at the room via the Ping Dot smart devices, or via the reminder email that Ping sends before every booking.
Auto-cancel bookings if no one checks in, to free up unused space.
