In 2019 we began a collaboration with Accuracy UK, who are a business consultancy who support corporate leaders when they are faced with high-stakes situations.
Founding Partner and CEO Hervé de Trogoff who was impressed and moved by what the Dialogue Road Map and Huddle has to offer set out some ways in which we could support their London office.
Since then, we have provided training and consultancy to the Accuracy Team. Our service has included workshops about conflict at work, consultations about wellbeing in the workplace, inclusion, and culture change.
The key to our work is impartial, third party listening with compassion and rigour. This supports employees to speak in confidence and safety and provides an independent view of the workplace landscape to decision makers, supporting their continued commitment to improving the workplace.
