Today, not just me, you, the UK, but the entire world mourns the loss of the Queen, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

She wasn't just any Queen. She was the world's most loved and respected queen.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude to her and the Royal family.

I want to take the opportunity to thank you for the example you have set for so many people and me. I will never forget all the unforgettable memories with you that I will forever cherish.

Thank you for reading my books and Loneliness and sending me a personally signed letter. Singing for you at the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremonies as part of the London Gay Man Chorus was another of those moments I will forever cherish.

On behalf of my partner Todor Stamenov and our family, I extend my condolences to Her Majesty’s immediate family and the entire Royal Family and a Commonwealth in mourning. My Deepest Sympathies are with you.

To contribute towards being forever remembered in people's hearts, I also mention you in my just published book as an example of a selfless soul who has been a beacon of excellence for seventy years.

My late mother, equally challenging and hard-working yet extraordinarily humble, kind, and I were your biggest fans, and I trust in the spirit your paths will cross.

You lived long and graciously, and your impeccable work ethic, humbleness, toughness, smile and kindness will always live in my heart.

The world has lost a truly remarkable and inspirational woman and a mother.
