Through our monthly and at , young people are given opportunities to work within live community and hospitality environments — learning whilst earning.
From customer service and hospitality to event delivery, teamwork, leadership and communication skills, young people gain hands-on experience that helps to upskill them, build confidence, enhance their CVs, and prepare them for future employment opportunities.
Alongside this, our Upskill the Youth programme has delivered workshops in areas such as DJing, creative media, and personal development, giving young people the chance to explore different interests and career pathways.
We are now developing the Upskill the Youth programme further by working towards accredited training opportunities, allowing young people to gain recognised qualifications alongside practical experience — creating stronger pathway routes into employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term progression.
Our don’t just provide temporary opportunities, but we create real pathway routes into external employment, long-term development, and brighter futures. 💫
