AI isn’t just for coders and tech bros.

In fact, the more diverse voices we have in the room, the better and safer our AI future becomes.

We need creatives, women, educators, care workers, artists, small business owners, people with real-world experience, emotional intelligence, and fresh perspectives.

AI will impact everyone. So everyone should have a say in how it evolves.

Getting involved doesn’t require a computer science degree. You don’t need to code to contribute, you just need to care about the future. So the more perspectives we bring in now, the better.

A trick to overcome perfectionism!

If you get nervous on camera or you keep trying to get the perfect take and its really starting to stress you out.

Here is a trick that has worked for me to force action, it's honestly not the best, but it is effective.

You simply make yourself slightly uncomfortable, which encourages you to do that task faster. In this case I am referring to filming new content for social media during the UK heat wave, but this also works under time pressure as well.

How do you define work-life balance?

Whether you are working a 9-5 or you're an entrepreneur working whatever kind of crazy hours you work, how do you find balance in your life?

It will be different for everyone and I know from personal experience it can take some time to build structures and systems that work best for you.

Going from the structure of employment to the freedom of entrepreneurship was a huge adjustment and I have developed methods along the way to help me stay productive and positive.

If you are a content creator you may know this all too well, but sometimes, people comment not nice things.

I deal with those negative comments generally in one of two ways.
1. Compassion
2. Humour

If you are someone who has been wanting to post more on social media, but you don't really know where to start and are nervous about what might happen, this video is for you.

I have been posting everyday for over 9 months across multiple social media platforms and one of the best things that has happened during that time was learning about myself, learning about what content I like to share and also what content people like to watch from me.

Let me save you 9 months of effort and just give you a few tips to speed up your journey. This is definitely not a journey of instant gratification and it could take years to reach the numbers you want, but if you commit to consistency now, it will all be worth it down the road.

What traits make a great leader? More specifically, what traits make a great leader that you would actually want to work with?

I've been very lucky to work with a few inspiring leaders, such as Heather Murray, founder of AI for Non-Techies.

After working with subpar leadership for most of my life it is a breath of fresh air. Here are a few traits I have identified as valuable.

1. Clear communication/expectations
2. Kindness & Empathy
3. Creativity & Ambition
4. They are just super fun to work with and make you want to show up and deliver your best

There are so many other valuable leadership traits, like honesty and integrity, but I would love to know what traits you find most important when working with leaders. Let me know in the comments and tag anyone who you think embodies those traits ... you might just make their day :)
