This intensive five-day, training package, delivered in Poland, integrates intelligence-led risk management with immersive, operationally realistic training. Underpinned by current doctrine and real-world operational experience, AO HEAT+ is designed to enhance professional competence, operational judgement, and adaptability in personnel operating within complex, high-threat environments.
AO HEAT+ has been deliberately engineered to reflect the dynamic and evolving nature of modern conflict and hybrid threat environments. The course is fully adaptable, incorporating theatre-specific complexities relevant to each learner’s operational context, ensuring direct applicability and immediate professional value.
Instruction is delivered by an experienced cadre of former UK Special Forces and Special Operations personnel, whose operational heritage spans decades of experience within austere and hostile theatres globally. Training is grounded by validated operational lessons learned, not theoretical or legacy doctrine, ensuring the transfer of current, credible, and experience-driven knowledge through recognised Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
