💖 TREAT YOUR CAKE LIKE A QUEEN 💖

I decided to run this little test on a spare cake I had from one of my classes. I don’t advise anyone placing a cake outside in this kind of heat especially directly under the sun 😳 However I wanted to touch base on this question 👇🏻

Q. “What is the best frosting to use for your cake”

Okay, I’m going to start off with saying, we all love buttercream, however I’m sad to say summer doesn’t love it!

The BEST frosting to use on your cakes is GANACHE!!!! I will always be a ganache girl, the finish and stability you have with ganache is honestly incomparable with any other frosting!!!!
